From business case to launched product

You have a B2B product to build: a founder with an idea and a runway, or a company launching a new product line. We pressure-test the business case, deliver a working product in agile cycles, and stay on as the engineering team that runs it as your customers arrive.

Two starting points

The path is the same. What is at stake at the start is not.

A founder with a B2B idea

Runway is the constraint. We scope the smallest product that proves the business case, and say so when a feature does not. You keep the code, the data and the freedom to hire your own team later.

A company launching something new

Sponsors, budgets and the systems you already run are the constraints. The pilot has to reach production and speak to your ERP, CRM and identity system, so we build it to integrate from day one.

For both: business analysis before code, working software every two weeks, and the same engineers after launch.

The path to launch

Five stages, from the first conversation to a product with customers on it.

What you get

Three things that stay true from the first conversation to the third year.

A partner who challenges the business case, not just the backlog

We start with who pays, for what, and what has to be true for this to work. You get a scoped product aimed at proving that, rather than a feature list that burns your runway or your budget.

A product that changes as fast as your market does

Short agile cycles with a backlog you control, so you can redirect after every sprint. Customisation is part of the engagement, not a change request with a price tag attached.

An engineering team that is still there after launch

Launch is where the work starts. We provide proactive maintenance, monitoring and continued development, so you are not hiring an emergency team the first time something breaks at scale.

Three ways to start

Pick the shape that fits where you are. Most products move through all three.

Validation sprint

Fixed duration

A fixed engagement that ends with a scoped product and an estimate you can decide on.

Choose it when
You have an idea or a mandate and need to know what it takes before committing.
What you get
The business case pressure-tested, a prioritised backlog, designs of the core flows and an estimate.

Every product starts here

MVP build

Sprint by sprint

The smallest product that proves the case, built in sprints you steer and shipped to your first customers.

Choose it when
The case is validated and you need a product in front of customers.
What you get
Working software every two weeks, then a product in production with monitoring and documentation.

Product team

Ongoing

The same engineers, ongoing, as the product grows and the roadmap fills.

Choose it when
The product is live and customers are shaping the roadmap.
What you get
Maintenance, monitoring and continued development, with the people who know the product.

Products we launched

Told through the same stages: what the business case was, what we built, and where each product stands today.

AWLabs: from an air-quality MVP to a sensor-to-prediction platform

Air-quality data coming from many sensors, and the need for one platform to collect it, show it and say what comes next.

Validate
The product started as an MVP: the smallest air-quality platform that could prove the case before anything bigger was built.
Build
From the MVP, release by release: the connection to the sensors, a data-aggregation backend, an AI model that predicts air quality, and a web and a mobile application on top.
Run and grow
Now a full platform, still growing with every new sensor and every new customer.

“The team was impressively responsive. Whenever we faced tight deadlines or last-minute tweaks, you delivered a fully functional platform on schedule.”

MVP build

MyConnectivity: a much-needed solution, delivered

An organisation that needed a solution its users were waiting for, and a partner to take it from need to working software.

Validate
The need was clear; the scope was set with the people who would use it.
Build
Built and delivered in agile cycles, with Arthur and the team working directly with the organisation.
Run and grow
Delivered to the people who were waiting for it.

“I want to thank Arthur and his team for their great collaboration in providing a much-needed solution for MyConnectivity.”

Questions founders and sponsors ask

The answers we give before a contract, written down.

[email protected] Talk to us

Who owns the product?

You do. Full intellectual property on everything we build, with source code and documentation handed over.

Do you take equity or revenue share?

No. You pay for the work and keep the company. Our incentive is the next sprint, not your cap table.

How is the work priced?

An estimate follows the validation sprint, for the product it scoped. You approve each phase before it starts, and everything built so far is yours if you stop.

What happens after launch?

The same engineers stay on: monitoring, patching and continued development as customers shape the roadmap. Nothing is handed to a team you have never met.

Can we bring the team in-house later?

Yes. The code and the documentation are yours, and we hand over to your hires when you are ready.

How do you choose the technology?

For the next decade of your product, not for a demo: mainstream tools where reliability matters, newer ones, AI included, where they earn their place. We hold no vendor partnerships, so nobody pays us to recommend their stack.

Do you work on site?

As much as you want. For the duration of a large project, for the key days of each sprint, or for a full validation sprint in your office.
